A continuación se enlistan los Términos y Condiciones que rigen el evento especial de DongSong con RESCENE.

EVENTO DE VIDEOLLAMADA Y FIRMA DE AUTÓGRAFOS

Los ganadores rifados tendrán una videollamada y un álbum autografiado por cada uno de las 5 integrantes de RESCENE a través de las aplicaciones de KakaoTalk y LINE.

Entre los compradores del álbum RE:SCENE 1ST MINI ALBUM VER. PLVE de RESCENE se hará una rifa en la que habrán 30 ganadores, quienes tendrán el beneficio de una videollamada con las 5 integrantes de RESCENE y un álbum autografiado por cada uno de estos mismas integrantes.

*En el caso de que hayas comprado más de un álbum, sólo uno de ellos podrá ser abierto y firmado por las integrantes.

¿CÓMO PARTICIPAR EN LA RIFA?

Debes de tener un perfil en nuestra página web con tu información actualizada, tal como aparecen en una identificación oficial (Nombre completo, Fecha de nacimiento, Nacionalidad, Dirección de correo electrónico, Teléfono de contacto, ID de usuario en KakaoTalk e ID de usuario en LINE.

Esta misma información debes de colocarla en las notas de tu pedido realizado a través de la página web.

CONSIDERACIONES IMPORTANTES ACERCA DEL EVENTO

  • Los álbumes del evento y los beneficios especiales se prepararán una vez finalizado el evento, por lo que tenga en cuenta que puede pasar algún tiempo antes de la entrega final.
  • Las indicaciones detalladas para el evento se publicarán más adelante en el anuncio del ganador del sorteo.
  • Este evento puede estar sujeto a cambios parciales sin previo aviso.
  • Debes de tener un perfil en nuestra página web con tu información actualizada, tal como aparecen en una identificación oficial (Nombre completo, Fecha de nacimiento, Nacionalidad, Dirección de correo electrónico, Teléfono de contacto, ID de usuario en KakaoTalk e ID de usuario en LINE.
  • Tu información para el sorteo no se puede cambiar después de que finalice el periodo de participación. Por favor, asegúrate de que tus datos (ID de usuario de KakaoTalk e ID de usuario de LINE, fecha de nacimiento, correo electrónico, información de contacto, etc.) son correctos, esté libre de errores y de que se han introducido correctamente. Ya que nos hacemos responsables de los daños causados por información incorrecta enviada por ti.
  • El Evento de Videollamada y Firma de Autógrafos se lleva va a cabo utilizando las aplicaciones de KakaoTalk y LINE, y se lleva a cabo secuencialmente después del inicio del evento guiado. Una vez iniciado el evento guiado no podemos ayudarle si el ganador tiene dificultades para comunicarse durante el evento o si le resulta difícil proceder a través de las aplicaciones de KakaoTalk y LINE. Por favor, compruebe el contenido del evento y sólo aquellos que no tienen dificultades para proceder con las aplicaciones de KakaoTalk y LINE dentro de ese tiempo se les pide que participen.
  • Si hay algún problema con la conexión o la configuración de la red del teléfono móvil del ganador, o si éste no está conectado o se interrumpe debido a un problema en la red de Internet, puede ser difícil proceder de nuevo, así que compruebe su entorno de red, pantalla y configuración.

DESARROLLO DE LA VIDEOLLAMADA Y FIRMA DE AUTÓGRAFOS

**Los ganadores del sorteo serán informados acerca de los detalles de la realización del evento por DongSong Shop después del anuncio de ganadores, favor de mantenerse al tanto de sus medios de contacto.

El evento se llevará a acabo en una hora fija la cual se dará a conocer antes de que se revelen a los ganadores, guiando la participación a través de mensajes en las aplicaciones de KakaoTalk y LINE un día antes y el mismo día del evento. Por favor espere a recibir todos los mensajes.

Si la conexión falla dos veces, se intentará una tercera y última vez después de finalizado el evento. Tenga en cuenta que si la conexión de la llamada falla hasta el final, no se podrá continuar con ella.

Para garantizar el buen desarrollo del evento, absténgase de realizar llamadas al lugar del evento.

Todos los ganadores procederán a la misma hora designada, tenga en cuenta que el evento podrá finalizar arbitrariamente si se supera el tiempo asignado.

Si alguien que no sea el ganador o dos o más personas participan en la llamada y/o si el contenido de la llamada se considera inapropiado, el evento puede darse por terminado a discreción del personal. Le rogamos que colabore para que todo transcurra con normalidad.

Durante el evento cualquier petición o demanda difícil no están permitidas.

PRECAUCIONES

  1. Los álbumes adquiridos durante el periodo de inscripción al evento serán inscritos automáticamente para participación, siendo imposible su cancelación o reembolso.
  2. Se permite la compra duplicada para la participación en el evento. La participación en este evento está estrictamente limitada únicamente al ganador confirmado, y no se permite modificar los ganadores o los datos de contacto, ni la transferencia a otros. Cualquier daño resultante de la transferencia a terceros será responsabilidad exclusiva de las personas implicadas. Tenga en cuenta que la participación en el evento no es posible si el ganador confirmado no es el participante en la videollamada.
  3. Si ha realizado varios pedidos con la misma información personal durante el periodo del concurso, todos los pedidos se contabilizarán automáticamente en función a la cantidad total de compras realizadas.
  4. Este evento realizará el sorteo basándose en la información facilitada en el momento de inscripción. Se ruega a los participantes que introduzcan sus nombres reales tal y como aparecen en sus documentos de identidad y/o pasaportes.
  5. Los datos del solicitante deben facilitarse exactamente como aparecen en el documento de identidad o pasaporte. Si la información del ganador difiere de la identificación facilitada, el ganador será excluido del sorteo.
  6. Al participar en este evento, la información personal de los ganadores será compartida con el fin de confirmar ganadores duplicados y facilitar el evento.
    1. La información que se proporcionará será la misma que figura en su documento de identidad: Nombre Completo, Fecha de Nacimiento, Nacionalidad, Correo Electrónico, Número de Contacto, Usuario ID de KakaoTalk y Usuario ID de LINE.
    2. La información será recolectada con la finalidad de seleccionar a los ganadores del evento.
    3. Los destinatarios de la información recolectada son la Tienda DongSong, organizadores y personal pertinente del evento.
    4. Los datos personales se conservarán dentro de los 60 días siguientes a la finalización del evento.
  7. Este evento es una oportunidad para que los ganadores reciban un álbum firmado personalmente de uno de los álbumes que hayan comprado. (Sólo uno de los álbumes comprados por el ganador será abierto y firmado por el artista).
  8. Si la conversación durante el evento se considera inapropiada, los participantes podrán ser expulsados o restringida su participación.
  9. Este evento puede estar sujeto a cambios parciales sin previo aviso.

You must be logged in to DongSong Shop to purchase the raffle album and enter the raffle with the same information as your ID card of the applicant to participate. (Full Name, Date of Birth, Nationality, Email Address, Contact Number, KakaoTalk User ID, and LINE User ID)

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS ABOUT THE EVENT

  • The event albums and special benefits will be prepared after the event ends, so please note that there may be some time before final delivery.
  • Detailed directions for the event will be posted later in the raffle winner announcement.
  • This event may be subject to partial changes without prior notice.
  • You must be logged in to DongSong Shop to purchase the album and enter the raffle with the information of the applicant to participate.
  • Your information for the raffle cannot be changed after your submission. Please make sure your information (KakaoTalk user ID and LINE user ID, date of birth, email, contact information, etc.) is correct and free of error. We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect information submitted by you.
  • VIDEO CALL & FAN SIGN EVENT is conducted using KakaoTalk and LINE Apps, and it is conducted sequentially after the start of the guided event time, so we cannot help you if you have difficulty communicating with the winner during the event time or if it is difficult to proceed through KakaoTalk and LINE Apps. Please check the contents of the event and only those who do not have difficulty in proceeding with KakaoTalk and LINE Apps within that time are asked to participate.
  • If there is a problem with the winner’s cell phone network connection or setting, or if it is not connected or interrupted due to an Internet network problem, it may be difficult to proceed again, so check your network environment, screen, and audio settings in advance.

PROGRESS OF VIDEO CALL & FAN SIGN EVENT >

** The raffle winners will be informed of the event’s progress by DongSong Shop after the announcement of the winners, so please check the contents within the deadline.

The event will be held at a fixed time in the order guided by the pre-winner announcement, and the event will be guided through the KakaoTalk and LINE Apps message on the day and before the event, so please wait after receiving the message.

If the call connection fails two times, we will attempt one more call at the end of the VIDEO CALL & FAN SIGN EVENT session. Please note that if the call connection fails until the end, the VIDEO CALL & FAN SIGN EVENT cannot proceed.

To ensure smooth event proceedings, refrain from making calls to the event venue.

All winners will proceed at the same designated time, and please note that the evento may be terminated arbitrarily if the allotted time is exceeded.

If someone other than the winner or more than two individuals participate in the call, and if the content of the call is deemed inappropriate, the event may be terminated at the discretion of the staff. We kindly request your cooperation for smooth proceedings.

During the VIDEO CALL & FAN SIGN EVENT, any difficult requests or demands are not permissible.

PRECAUTIONS

  1. Event albums purchased within the event entry period will be automatically entered for participation, and cancellation or refund is impossible.
  2. Duplicate purchases for event entry are allowed. Participation in this event is strictly limited to the confirmed winner only, and modifications to winners or contact details, as well as transfer to others, are not permitted. Any damages resulting from transfer to others are solely the responsibility of the individuals involved. Please be advised that participation in the event is not possible if the confirmed winner is not the participant
  3. If you have placed multiple orders with the same personal information during the evento period, all orders will be automatically counted together and entered for participationaccording to the total quantity of purchases made.
  4. This event will conduct the draw based on the information provided at the time of entry. Participants are requested to enter their real names as they appear on their identification cards and passports.
  5. Applicant’s information must be provided exactly as it appears on the identification card or passport. If the winner’s information differs from the identification provided, the winner will be excluded from the draw.

  7. This VIDEO CALL & FAN SIGN EVENT is an opportunity for winners to receive a personally signed album from one of the albums they have purchased. (One of the albums purchased by the winner will be opened and signed by the artist.)
  8. If the conversation during the event is considered inappropriate, participants may be ejected or restricted from participating.
  9. This event may be subject to partial changes without prior notice.
